TRAVEL COST SUMMARY

For a breakdown of all the main athlete costs associated with participating in SwimRun (per event) please visit our Travel Costs Summary Page.

FLIGHTS/AIRPORT

The airport athletes will want to fly into (8 miles or 20min from Boston Harbor) is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).

RENTAL CARS

You can rent a car from pretty much any rental car company out there if you search on Google. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is a huge airport and has all rental car companies but if you’d rather click our link here’s a good one to compare rates all in one place. RentalCars.com

AIRPORT SHUTTLES

If the hotel you book your nights in has an airport shuttle it’s likely they’ll pick you up and drop you off for free from the airport. We recommend checking with your hotel and finding out all the details on their shuttle service (if they have one). If they don’t Uber and Lyft are always decent options (download their apps for a better experience) to get where you need to go or you can checkout the many ways to get around Boston by clicking here.

LODGING

We recommend all athletes stay in our host hotel (listed below) for a less stressful and convenient race experience. However, if you’d like to stay somewhere else try using the BostonUSA website to choose your lodging.

HOST HOTEL - PACKET PICKUP & BRIEFING

Guests may stay wherever they’d like (and there’s plenty of variety throughout the city if you google search it) but we recommend the Harborside Inn. It’s where we will host our packet pickup as well as our athlete briefing the day before.
